Half day charter

Either going out in the morning or afternoon, or midday, half day trip takes 4 hours.

Places to visit around Port Vila are Paradise cove, Hideaway Island or Devil’s point.

A nice trip that we recommend is going over to Hideaway and if you are keen, go for some snorkeling or diving. Or you can decide to sail over and stay for some time at Hideaway Island, explore the underwater world or have a nice lunch on the island.

This way, you can either decide to sail back to Port Vila or catch a bus/taxi from Hideaway.

Paradise Cove is also a nice trip out of Port Vila, a good spot for snorkeling and an easy sail both ways.

Devil’s Point takes a bit longer and would be a non-stop sail trip.

 Full day charter

This will cover approx. 8 hours, leaving in the morning and finishing in the afternoon.

A nice daytrip is leaving Port Vila in the morning and sailing along the coast towards Havannah Harbour, on the western side of the island of Efate. Plenty of places to stop along the way, your choice;

-           Hideaway Island, snorkeling, diving

-           Tukutuk Point, snorkeling, diving the caverns

-           Paul’s Rock, snorkeling and excellent diving

-           Beachcombing, stunning beaches with steep cliffs

-           Hat Island, with a range of snorkel and dive spots to choose from. On request it is         possible to visit the island (arrangements with local kastomowners must be made)

End the day in Havannah Harbour and catch transport back into town (a 30 min. drive)

Opportunities to do some fishing along the way, try your luck!

Sunset sail

What better way is there to watch a perfect pacific sunset than on board a sailing boat?

Join us for a couple of hours and watch the sun set on the horizon to mark the end of another day in paradise. Leaving from either Port Vila or Hideaway Island and your option to choose a one-way or return trip.

We can cater for some drinks and snacks to celebrate or bring your own.

 3 day charter

The northern islands of Efate are an excellent destination for overnight charters. There’s a whole lot of beautiful islands to choose from, Moso, Nguna, Amae and Epi are just a few to mention. Nice anchorages and visit local villages.

Another possibility is a one-way sail to or from Tanna Island in the south (home to Mt. Yasur vulcano). Due to the south-easterly winds we recommend flying to Tanna Island and joining us aboard to sail to Port Vila, Efate. Sailing to Tanna Island from Port Vila (Efate) might be a rough trip.

5 day charter

All of the above are possible on a 5 day charter, including Cook’s Reef and going up to Lamen Bay, Epi Island, home of the friendly dugong.

Also a trip further up to Malekula or Espiritu Santo is a possibility, however there wouldn’t be much stopping along the way. A nice trip is leaving Port Vila, sailing along the west coast of Efate, staying one night in Havannah Harbour, the following day continuing to Lamen Bay, Epi Island, further on to Malekula, stopping at Port Sandwich, Banam Bay, Wala or Atchin Island and then the next day on to Luganville, Espiritu Santo. This would be a one-way trip and you can either decide to stay in Santo for a couple of days (diving the Coolidge or visiting Million Dollar Point) and fly out of Santo.

7 day charter

All of the above are possible. A 7 day trip gives you a good opportunity to sail through the islands and having the opportunity to make some interesting stops along the way, islands to visit, village to throw you into some real culture, beautiful beaches to stroll and waterfalls and bays to swim in. A nice sail is leaving Port Vila, sailing to Epi Island, Ambrym, Malekula and on to Santo, with lots of places to visit. Or going up to Epi and either Ambrym or Malekula and back to Port Vila.

If you arrive in Espiritu Santo and you like to sail from there, a nice trip is going up along the east coast of Santo, stopping at the most stunning beach, Champagne Beach and then on to the Banks and Torres Islands, the remote far north islands of Vanuatu.

10 day charter

Ten days are excellent to sail all of the islands mentioned above (except Banks and Torres) and return back to Port Vila. Also it gives enough time to sail all the way from Port Vila up to Santo, along Epi and Malekula and then from Santo on to Ambae, Maewo or Pentecost and back to Port Vila.

Extended charters, 10 days and longer

We can cater pretty much to all your wishes, even if you like to go on a blue water trip. What about flying into Vanuatu, we sail you to Fiji, the Solomons, or New Caledonia for example and you can fly out from there, giving you the opportunity to visit 2 countries in the one trip.

Note: for one-way trips may require a delivery fee back to base of origin
